Service After The Sale

As you work thru the details of building a new home, it is important to remember that you will be working very closely with your builder for several months. The building process will include whatever components are necessary to exceed your expectations with the hope that you will refer them to family, friends and associates. This goal should not change even after your new dream home is complete!

With the complexity of the homes today and the many different suppliers and trades involved during the building process, it is possible that something may require explanation or adjustment after you move in. The true test of your choice of builder is service after the sale!

  • Your Builder should arrange for lessons on your new home's various components.
  •  Information on the many products and systems in your new home should be available to you at closing and as required.
  • If a problem does arise it should get dealt within a reasonable amount of time, with a friendly and knowledgeable member of his team.

Your Builder can and should be your first call for any and all your questions about warranty, repairs, renovations or your next new home!
