It is an engineered product that is consistent in size and strength. It will not split or twist and does not contain knots that could compromise the strength of your stairs. It will virtually eliminate squeaky stairs. No matter how you decide to finish your stairs, the framing should use this product or equivalent.

Keith is a Board Member of the Atlantic Home Warranty Program as well as the Canadian Home Builders' Association Nova Scotia. He is involved in many other industry programs and associations, such as the Canadian Home Builders’ Association National, Safety Services Nova Scotia and Better Business Bureau.
