Dear Keith,
Deciding to build a home in Nova Scotia, when we could not be present, because of having our primary home in the States, we were assured was tantamount to a foolhardy task, according to the horror stories related to us by our friends. But after meeting with you, and considering the suggestions you made, gave us the feeling that we could get what we wanted, a dream home, without grief, that so many others have met with. You were confident, prepared and definite without giving us unrealistic promises or schedules, or other sales fluff. We were impressed and decided to follow through with you as our contractor.
We were present when you broke ground, in November, and left the following day for South Carolina. We only came back once, in January, to make final decisions on kitchen cabinets, flooring, bath and plumbing fixtures, as well as looking at the then state of construction. This took 3 days, and then back to South Carolina. We kept in contact with the job thru Marc, via telephone, and the pictures he periodically emailed us showing the progress of construction. This reassured us that things were being handled in a professional manner, calming the insecurity created by distance.
You told us that the house would be completed by June 15th, in time for us to enjoy it for the summer—in fact you beat that date, by closing with us on June 14th, ahead of schedule (something almost unheard of in this day of so many easily made and then broken promises). We are delighted with our new home, the efficiency of your scheduling, the professional way your organization followed up on any details brought to their attention, and of course the quality of the finished project.
Our deepest thanks to you and your team, Marc, Tony and Bobby, as well as to all your Sub-contractors, whose quality of work and follow through, was exceptional.
Sincerely, Priscilla & Sanford
Imagine entertaining family and friends on spacious decks that blend seamlessly with the natural landscape. Though the decks are still a work in progress, you can already get a sense...
The Lot or The Builder - Which Comes First?
So do you find the lot and then hire a builder, or vice versa?
Why Should You Consider Custom Cabinetry for Your New Home?
Custom cabinetry allows for complete flexibility in its design, compared to “off-the-shelf” cabinets from your local building supply store. With custom cabinetry, you’re not limited to standard sizes and materials.
Keith and his team are the best! They are entirely approachable, do not pressure one into making a decision and live up to their commitment of excellence.
