Dear Keith,

It has been over six months since we moved into our lovely lakefront home. We want to take this opportunity to formally acknowledge how very pleased we are with your work.

We have had other good experiences with builders before but never have we grown to trust a contractor’s honesty like we have with you. Your desire to succeed by building a better home with each new project is gratifying. We would like to make special mention of a couple of people. First you are so very lucky to have Tony. In him you have a dedicated employee who is proud of your company. His workmanship was impeccable; his attention to detail so impressive; his innovation was exciting and his honesty so reassuring. Andy, his sidekick, was right behind him and he displayed the same qualities. All of the Sawlor employees were a pleasure to work with and a special mention about your plumbing contractor, Bruce Faulkner, who was just great.

We are so happy with our home and we receive glowing remarks with every new visitor. Please feel free to use us as a reference and anytime you wish to show our home, just call and we will welcome the opportunity. Lastly, we made you a deal, whenever you are ready to give us a call, we will make sure the Jaguar is spotless and yours for the day.

Thanks Keith for such a great experience. It is obvious that Sawlor Construction is a very well managed company and here to stay.
