Dear Keith,

This was our second home that we have had built for us. Assuming all contractors were the same, we went into this project expecting the same. From the very first meeting we had with Keith, we knew this was something much different.

I have never experienced the level of professionalism that I have with this company. Not just from Keith, but from every person we dealt with. From the merchants, the trades, etc. there were three exceptional people that really made this a much smoother transition then ever expected. The first being Mary. She was the most organized, always available, and nicest person that always made you feel that no question was too dumb! There was never any push from anything asked of her and she deserves a lot of credit. The next amazing person was Marc. He was by far our saving grace. Many times he could foresee future problems and literally stayed awake at night figuring out how to remedy them. He took his job very seriously and with a lot of pride and we appreciate all his hard work. Then there is Andy. He was the guy that helped finish the deal. He was the one we dealt with mostly at the very end to tie up a lot of the loose ends. On many occasions he went above and beyond the call of duty and for that we are very grateful.

With the exception of a couple of days, we moved right in on schedule and could not have been happier. There have been some minor issues that have arose since then, and by the end of the day it has usually been dealt with.

The Sawlor name has always been synonymous as a great company that builds outstanding homes. We now know first hand just what that means. We would absolutely recommend them with the highest level of praise!
