Dear Keith;

We are settling into our lovely new home in Fox Point, and we are a little overdue in writing to thank you for a job well done.

Like so many people, we delayed building a house because we expected the process to be highly stressful and daunting, especially for a first-time builders like us. We vividly recall our very first meeting at your office when you said that your team’s goal was to make the whole process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. You delivered on that promise. We had been in our previous house for 17 years and had become out of touch with the latest styles and technologies associated with newer homes. What we needed was someone to “take us by the hand”, and that is exactly what you did.

So many people made this project a success but we would especially like to thank Marc for his invaluable advice, ideas and constant consultations, Tony for his excellent suggestions on carpentry issues and Mary for her superb organizational skills. You have assemble an excellent team that truly understands the value of the personal touch. The home construction industry is highly competitive, and you richly deserve the excellent reputation you have earned as a top-rated builder. You are all wizards at what you do. As a result, we are now enjoying a beautiful, efficient home that we love more each day.
