Dear Keith,

It’s been 6 months since me moved in our new home, and we would like to take this opportunity to THANK YOU and your staff for all the work and time you invested into this huge project. We couldn’t be happier.

Years ago, we thought we would never dare to build a house, because our friends were telling us about their “building horror stories”, and we were under the impression that every building experience had to be extremely stressful. Shortly after talking to you and other builders, it was clear that your approach was different from others. You were transparent, to the point, respectful and very professional. You made us feel good about our decision to build, and we both are very happy with the entire process and with the final product – our beautiful new home.

Everything was done professionally, from the use of the binder that you provided to us, to meeting with Jack of Burnside Windows and Doors, Natasha of Ensuite, Marc, Chris, Ron and Tony etc. You and your staff always responded to our inquires, and we had many. You kept us well informed and encouraged us to be at the house regardless which tradespeople happened to be there.We are proud of showing our home to our friends. Those that come in for the very first time usually just say “Wow… this is beautiful”. And that’s exactly what it is, beautiful, warm and inviting.

You answered all our questions even after the closing date. Your professionalism and patience is commendable. While everyone on your team helped us during this process, we would like to recognize Tony and Ron separately. They were absolutely amazing, always above and beyond. Exceptional service! If we ever decide to build again we hope you will build it for us!
