Dear Keith,

Four years ago Sawlor Construction built our home. We found the entire experience a pleasurable one. Keith and his team are the best!
They are entirely approachable, do not pressure one into making a decision and live up to their commitment of excellence. They have the expertise to discuss concepts and suggest various alternatives, which is a huge benefit in that they are the professionals. Then after closing, support is superb as well. Any questions or concerns have been handled promptly and beyond expectations.

Due to my complete satisfaction, I approached Keith about construction a commercial building for our business. Once again we know we made the correct decision. With Sawlor’s expansion, one might think that the ongoing support is not what it was before. I can assure you that this is not the case. Keith has grown the company by surrounding himself with a committed team of professionals.

A case in point; last Friday I called Mary (Admin Manager) at 4:30p.m. with a concern that the power cables into the building had separated from the mask and that they were hanging low to the ground preventing trucks from making deliveries to the business. Within 10 minutes Marc (Project Manager) called and said he would have the electricians come by and ascertain if it was something they could fix or if it was the responsibility of Nova Scotia Power. The electrician arrived within 15 minutes. Marc called back with a number to call and an explanation of the problem that NSP would understand. The power lines were re-attached by 6:15 that evening. My thought at the time was: THAT’S WHY WE DEAL WITH SAWLOR CONSTRUCTION! In the future we plan on building a retirement home…I’m sure Sawlor Construction will build it. Keep up the great work!

Yours truly, Alan
