Dear Keith,

I just thought I would drop you a note to express our genuine thanks now that we are snugly settled in the wonderful home you and your team built for us.

When first I approached you, I was hesitant as I had heard great things about your building ability, but knew you had built mainly large family homes. We were interested in a 1500 sq. ft. retirement home and I was not sure you would be interested in taking on that challenge, but by the end of our first meeting I was sure all would go well, and it has. You and your team built a beautiful and comfortable home for us with respect for our wishes and good humor through it all, the price was reasonable for the excellent quality and much to everyone’s amazement there were no cost over runs and the house was completed on the exact promised date and exactly as we designed it.

Marc, Tony and Mary provided me with all the hand-holding needed during the building of our home and responded very clearly and in a straightforward manner to all the questions I had at all phases of the building process. Since I was involved in the building on a daily basis, I also met all the trades people involved in the intricate process of putting together a house and also found all of them as patient and considerate of my queries as your direct team was, along with being caring about what they were doing. My Dad was a carpenter and it is always great to see people who are good at what they do. I wish to thank you and all of your team for providing us with a home we can live in for many years.
