In July of last year we interviewed a number of builders to quote on our new home in Chester, N.S. We had design drawings in hand but no working drawings. After meeting with Keith Sawlor of Sawlor Built Homes we felt he had the ability to take on the project and complete it on time.

Mr. Sawlor was able to give us a "ball park" price after a couple of subsequent meetings. His quote was very competitive. The end price of the project was very close to the original estimate. The project was started in November and completed in July of the following year. There were a number of design issues along the way that Sawlor's were able to deal with " in house" and did not require further architectural input. The trades on site were quality individuals who produced excellent results and kept a tidy job site. Sawlor's were able to recommend numerous local suppliers who proved to be most reliable and competitive.

In summary, Sawlor Homes produced a very high quality home that exceeded our expectations. We have had a couple of minor issues since taking possession of the house and Sawlor's were on site literally the very next day to attend to them. We would not hesitate to recommend Keith and his team and indeed have done so to a number of associates who are contemplating a new build.

We wish Keith, Mary and Marc and the whole Sawlor team continued success in building high quality homes here in Nova Scotia.
