The Journey to Your New Home: Step 3 - The Build

After all of your careful preparations, it’s time to start building! Since you have already approved the specifications, your responsibility should be as simple and enjoyable as selecting the styles and colors for your new custom home.

Your builder will ask you to visit the showrooms of the various suppliers that will help build your home. Their salespeople will have already seen your house plans, and can offer product suggestions that will suit your style and budget. These experts will be able to answer all of your questions and help you select the right products for your new home.

There are seemingly endless possibilities of products for you to choose from. The cost of the products can start very low, but the upper limit can be quite high. Ask lots of questions and let the sales people help you stick to your budget.

Seeing your new home being built and watching the products you selected being installed will be a very exciting experience!
