The Homeowners of our Passive House Project have selected natural wood siding and high density cement panels for their earth-friendly home on their beautiful ocean front property.
Progress continues at our Passive House Project! The Contemporary trim package is almost complete!
After insulating the house (but prior to drywall installation) our second blower door test was conducted, with a result of .37 @ 50 pascal. This is an incredible result that will significantly improve the energy performance (and comfort) of this home!
The "Butterfly Roof System" is designed to collect and treat rain water to supply our Passive House with fresh water.
Our Clients approached us with an issue of the Canadian Architecture & Design Magazine and asked if we could replicate the cover image in the foyer of their new home. We assured them we could and they were quite pleased with the results!
