Customer Choice

I’ve written previously in several articles in our blog that the very best way to select a Builder is by listening to what past and current clients have to say, in the form of referrals. That is also why we make client testimonials available to you on our website. Of course, there are other cues you can use in making a builder choice.

Keeping with the theme of focusing on what actual custom home owners are saying, you might consider “Customer Choice” based Industry Awards. The Atlantic Home Warranty program has a Customer Choice award which is based entirely on a survey of 26 questions that ask about the homeowners experience with their builder and the homeowner’s judgment of the builder in regard to service, courtesy, knowledge, accuracy and responsiveness by sales, office, construction and service staff. Overall judgment is (we think) well measured as well by asking if the homeowner would build another home or recommend the builder to family and friends.

While all our many awards make us feel great about the our hard work our team pours into making happy, satisfied new custom homeowners, we think none of them can compare, or give you better reassurance, than our five Customer Choice Award.

If you have any questions about custom homebuilding feel free to ask!

From the very first meeting we had with Keith, we knew this was something much different. I have never experienced the level of professionalism that I have with this...
