Working with our architect over several years, we put a lot of thought into the design of our modern style, ultra-energy efficient home and how it would work with an oceanfront lot we owned. We wanted to find a builder that was committed to meeting the rigorous Passive House standard and also help us to find practical and cost effective ways to build our custom home. Now that we see the finished product, we know that we made the right choice to trust our new home to Sawlor Built Homes.
What impressed us from the beginning and throughout the build was the dedication to the construction details and training of staff and sub-trades in Passive House building techniques and equipment installation. Communications was also important and the whole Sawlor team responded quickly and professionally whenever questions or challenges arose. We couldn't be more pleased with our beautiful new home and our building experience with Sawlor Built Homes.
