Dear Keith,

When my wife Jennifer and I decided to build a new home we sent tenders out to three different contractors. Keith Sawlor was the only builder who personally called to express his desire to build the home for us. From the beginning it was clear that Keith understood that we were not looking for a contractor to build us a house, instead Jennifer and I wanted a contractor to build us a home.

Personal attention is what ultimately persuaded us to build with Sawlor. Since making our decision, Jennifer and I have been very, very impressed with the level of service that we have received during the construction of our new home. Keith, Marc and Jackie have taken the time to make us feel that we were a welcome part of the construction process from start to finish.

Many builders claim to hire the best trades. But Sawlor means it. Each of the trades is not only very skilled at their area of expertise, but also very obliging. Jennifer and I want to thank every one of the trades who helped bring our dream alive. We appreciate your time, effort and cooperation. Finally, as a result of Marc’s extensive planning and attention to detail, the home was built to meet our family needs for many years to come.
