Dear Keith,

We would like to thank you and your team again for the wonderful job you did building our new house. This is the 5th house we have had built over the years by 5 different builders, and without question this one is the best. It is not only the quality of construction and the attention to detail that we are so pleased about, but the fact that you and your staff did such an excellent job in making the whole process as painless and stress free as possible.

Building a new house is a big deal, and involves a lot of decisions and choices, and Sawlor made it seem easy. Every step in the process went smoothly:

- development of the initial design and floor plans with the assistance of Mark Pinhey. - Marc's patient and incredibly detailed review of every aspect of the plans, his helpful suggestions for improvements, and general oversight of the whole project.

- our meetings with you at your office and at the lot to review and choose our options.

- Marc personally introducing us to all of the key suppliers/subtrades, including the cabinet manufacturer, lighting supplier, and bathroom fixture supplier, to name just a few.

- Tony's superb work and assistance on trim finishes and custom construction of items like a work bench, storage cupboards, and safe cabinet.

- throughout the whole process, Mary's efficient and prompt assistance with every question and concern.

We plan that this will be our "final" house, but if that should ever change we would not even consider using any firm other than Sawlor to build for us again.
