Dear Keith,
As you know we contracted Sawlor Construction to build our home in 2006 / 2007 and our office building in 2008. We want to tell you that we were very happy and pleased with the jobs that you and your team did on both projects.
The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent and the speed and thoroughness with which issues were dealt with was exceptional. We really appreciate the fact that you not only continued to correct small issues through the warranty period, after the projects were complete, but after the warranty had expired as well. I question whether any other builder would take customer satisfaction and pride and completeness of workmanship to this level.
We had such a good experience with the building of our home that there was no question as to which company to use when building our office. Our regret now is that we don’t have any more projects for which we can use your company. You are a fair and honest business owner and this percolates down through your team to every level. You have very skilled, competent, thorough and personable people working on your team. And we have counted many times the decisions that Marc Pontbriand helped us through during design and construction that we are so thankful for today.
Just last week we had our old washer and dryer replaced in our laundry room. The old units were standard top load units and as the delivery men were placing the new front load (much taller) washer on the pedestal I started to sweat as I was wondering if it was going to fit under the overhead cabinets. But to my relief I found that there was an inch or more to spare for clearance. Afterward I thought, of course it fit, as Sawlor had the knowledge and forward-looking design sense to make sure the cabinets were installed in such a way that a new front load washer and dryer could be accommodated. You and your team think of everything. Thanks for looking out for us once again.
We very much appreciate the awesome jobs you did for us and send sincere best wishes to you and your team.

The Lot or The Builder - Which Comes First?
So do you find the lot and then hire a builder, or vice versa?
Why Should You Consider Custom Cabinetry for Your New Home?
Custom cabinetry allows for complete flexibility in its design, compared to “off-the-shelf” cabinets from your local building supply store. With custom cabinetry, you’re not limited to standard sizes and materials.
What to Consider When Selecting Your Builder
The Canadian Home Builders’ Association Nova Scotia offers a Certified Residential Builder program to its members.
