Keith Sawlor Sawlor Built Homes Custom Home Builder in Nova Scotia

Keith Sawlor is the second generation Owner of Sawlor Built Homes.

With more than 35 years experience building custom homes in Nova Scotia, Keith has built a team that mirrors his professional knowledge and values. 

Keith is a Certified Residential Builder who is also certified with many leading industry organizations. He is a Passive House Institute US (PHIUS) Certified Builder, a Net Zero Energy (NZE) Certified Builder, a Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) R-2000 Certified Builder, and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).

Keith is a Board Member Atlantic Home Warranty Program as well as the Canadian Home Builders' Association Nova Scotia. He is involved in many other industry programs and associations, such as the Canadian Home Builders’ Association, Safety Services Nova Scotia and Better Business Bureau. 

 

Marc Pontbriand Sawlor Built Homes Custom Home Builder in Nova Scotia

Marc Pontbriand is the Project Manager of Sawlor Built Homes.

After nearly 20 years with the company, Marc has overseen the development of many new custom homes.

Marc carefully reviews each home’s plans and specifications with its owner, confirming that all details have been accounted for. Marc is also responsible for scheduling and coordinating the entire construction process of each Sawlor Built Home. 

Mary Marcum Sawlor Built Homes Cstom Home Builder in Halifax

Mary Marcum is the Office Administrator of Sawlor Built Homes.

Mary is responsible for the collection, filing, and distribution of the tremendous amount of information required to build your new home. She will answer or find the answer to any questions you may have during the construction process.

Kaila Sawlor Sawlor Built Homes Custom Home Builder in Nova Scotia

Kaila Sawlor is the Marketing Manager at Sawlor Built Homes.

She updates the company’s website and social profiles, including Facebook, Houzz, Twitter, Google+ and Pinterest.

A third generation family member of Sawlor Built Homes, Kaila joined the company in 2011. She is an active member of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association - Nova Scotia Marketing Committee and she continues to update her education and training, intent on becoming an industry leader in new home marketing. 

Tony Whitman Sawlor Built Homes Custom Home Builder in Nova Scotia

Tony Whitman is the Senior Carpenter, Trim Specialist and Quality Control Expert.

After nearly 30 years in the business, Tony is a pro at overseeing the carpentry work and adding the finishing touches, such as molding and trim, to each home. Tony ensures each detail is accounted for and each home is up to Sawlor’s high standards. 

Richard Singer Sawlor Built Homes Custom Home Builder in Nova Scotia

Richard Singer is the General Carpenter at Sawlor Built Homes.

For almost five years, Richard has installed the features outlined on our home plans, helping us bring our customers’ dream homes to life. A true professional, Richard takes on any task with ease, while ensuring each jobsite is tidy, safe and running smoothly. 

Brett Sawlor Sawlor Built Homes Custom Home Builder in Nova Scotia

Brett Sawlor is the Apprentice Carpenter at Sawlor Built Homes.

Brett has been part of the company since 2009, working towards his journeyman carpenter status.

Assisting with the construction and finishing of each Sawlor Built Home, Brett is committed to fulfilling the quality workmanship the company is known for. A third generation family member of Sawlor Built Homes, Brett is eager to bring his expertise to the team.
