It is a different world we’re living in, and one we may need to get used to for the foreseeable future. For many, that means working from home. Having a dedicated space to work helps you focus on the task at hand, while minimizing distractions.

Building a new home while living out of province takes a little extra effort and a lot of trust and communication, but it can be done with the right builder.
It can be tempting to go with the builder offering the lowest quote, but the lowest quote doesn’t always mean the lowest final price or the best value.
After insulating the house (but prior to drywall installation) our second blower door test was conducted, with a result of .37 @ 50 pascal. This is an incredible result that will significantly improve the energy performance (and comfort) of this home!
