Changing It Up!

As your new home is being built, you may realize you want to add an element that wasn’t in your initial design, or maybe you want to make a change to your design as you see your house take shape.

How ready is your Builder to accommodate these changes? And at what price?

Finding a Builder with a strong team that can research and implement design changes quickly and easily at a reasonable cost is an advantage to you, the homeowner. Waiting for outside experts to implement design changes can be costly and inefficient. It’s preferable to find a Builder who will meet with you onsite, listen to your ideas, show you how the changes will work, and put them into action right then and there.

Although changes can cost money, your Builder’s research and design to make your changes happen should not. Your Builder will be able to suggest designs and products that are efficient and cost effective, offering the best overall value. Change costs should also be communicated up front, so there are no extra items on your bill that you don’t recognize.

Change really can be good, if you have a good Builder to handle it for you.
