 How often have you been disappointed with the level of service you just recieved during a transaction?

 How many times have you listened to family and friends complaining about the way they were just treated at  any number of businesses they recently visited?

As the world seems to turn faster and our lives become busier, it seems the level of service we receive (and perhaps give) is less than what it used to be and less than what is expected. Even as we all embrace Social Media as the new “way” of doing business, the actual level of service between the business and the all-important client seems to be deteriorating. 

- How many of you would be willing to pay just a little bit more to be treated courteously, respectfully and promptly by every company and person you interact with?

That’s what I thought! I would as well. In fact, I have spent most of my adult life doing business only with companies that treat me with the respect and service I feel I deserve. I expect this level of service to remain the same before, during and especially after my transaction is complete.

I firmly believe that this situation creates a great opportunity for any company to rise to the top of their field and reap the rewards of providing superior service. If you and your people embrace this philosophy your clients will be your biggest fans and they will gladly promote your company to anyone who will listen. They will speak from their heart, it will be sincere and it will not cost you a cent!
