That’s what I thought! I would as well. In fact, I have spent most of my adult life doing business only with companies that treat me with the respect and service I feel I deserve. I expect this level of service to remain the same before, during and especially after my transaction is complete.
I firmly believe that this situation creates a great opportunity for any company to rise to the top of their field and reap the rewards of providing superior service. If you and your people embrace this philosophy your clients will be your biggest fans and they will gladly promote your company to anyone who will listen. They will speak from their heart, it will be sincere and it will not cost you a cent!
